Hey there! I’m Rozie Winter, the proud owner of Elle Organizing! This is me … pigtails and all. It’s how I usually look … lounging at home, working on my computer, on the pickleball court, or organizing a home.
My journey as a professional organizer has been an exciting one. Staying at the forefront of the field I LOVE attending professional organizing conferences in the USA (YES! these are a thing!) Organizing isn’t just a job for me; it’s what I was born to do.
I am a wife and a mother of 4 kids. I was once an Emergency Registered Nurse, but having all the kids changed everything. Is my home uber organized? .. yes it is. Is it Instagram photo-worthy? Some parts are (with the help of my Interior Design Certificate from the the University of Alberta), … but honestly, my home is a mish-mash of products as I try to use products that I have personally tested in my own home. Even so, I’ve maintained a very organized environment with thoughtfully crafted labels and systems tailored to suit my family’s unique lifestyle.
Beyond the world of organization, I’m a high level pickleball player, a travel enthusiast, and a hardcore volleyball mom. My creativity flourishes in projects like video-making and scrapbooking, where I express my artistic side. Wanna see my Scrapbook Room?

I've always slogged through organizing on my own because I didn't think it was worth it to hire someone when you could do it yourself. But seeing how fast, efficient and passionate Rozie is while organizing definitely proved it's worth it. She organized a good portion of my whole house in just half a day, and left me inspired to keep going after she left.
